COLLECTION OF GENERAL INFORMATION
When you access our website, information of a general nature is automatically recorded. This information (server log files) includes, for example, the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your Internet service provider and the like. This is exclusively information that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person. This information is technically necessary in order to correctly deliver the website content you have requested and is mandatory when using the Internet. Anonymous information of this kind is statistically evaluated by us in order to optimize our website and the technology behind it.
COOKIES
Like many other websites, we also use so-called "cookies". Cookies are small text files that are transferred to your hard drive by a website server. This automatically gives us certain data such as B. IP address, browser used, operating system via your computer and your connection to the Internet. Cookies cannot be used to start programs or transfer viruses to a computer. Based on the information contained in cookies, we can make navigation easier for you and enable our website to be displayed correctly. In no case will the data collected by us be passed on to third parties or linked to personal data without your consent. Of course, you can always view our website without cookies. Internet browsers are regularly set to accept cookies. You can deactivate the use of cookies at any time via the settings of your browser. Please use the help functions of your internet browser to find out how you can change these settings. Please note that individual functions of our website may not work if you have deactivated the use of cookies.
REGISTRATION ON OUR WEBSITE
When registering for the use of our personalized services, some personal data is collected, such as name, address, contact and communication data such as telephone number and email address. If you are registered with us, you can access content and services that we only offer to registered users. Registered users also have the option of changing or deleting the data provided during registration at any time, if necessary. Of course, we will also provide you with information about the personal data we have stored about you at any time. We will be happy to correct or delete these at your request, provided that there are no legal retention requirements to the contrary. To contact us in this context, please use the contact details given at the end of this data protection declaration.
SSL ENCRYPTION
To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption methods (ssl via https).
NEWSLETTER
When you register to receive our newsletter, the data you provide will only be used for this purpose. Subscribers can also be informed by email about circumstances that are relevant to the service or registration (e.g. changes to the newsletter offer or technical circumstances). For an effective registration we need a valid email address. In order to check that the registration is actually made by the owner of an e-mail address, we use the "double opt-in" procedure. For this purpose, we log the order for the newsletter, the dispatch of a confirmation email and the receipt of the response requested. Further data is not collected. The data will only be used to send the newsletter and will not be passed on to third parties. You can revoke your consent to the storage of your personal data and its use for sending the newsletter at any time. There is a corresponding link in every newsletter. You can also unsubscribe directly on this website at any time or inform us of your request using the contact option given at the end of this data protection notice.
CONTACT FORM
If you contact us by email or the contact form, the information you provide will be saved for the purpose of processing the request and for possible follow-up questions.
DELETION OR LOCKING THE DATA
We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy. We therefore only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned here or as stipulated by the various storage periods provided by law. After the respective purpose or expiry of these deadlines, the corresponding data will be routinely blocked or deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions.
USE OF SCRIPT LIBRARIES (GOOGLE WEBFONTS)
In order to present our content correctly and graphically appealing across browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries such as. B. Google Webfonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/). Google web fonts are transferred to your browser's cache to avoid multiple loading. If the browser does not support Google Web Fonts or prevents access, the content is displayed in a standard font. Calling up script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the library operator. It is theoretically possible - but currently also unclear whether and, if so, for what purposes - that operators of such libraries collect data. You can find the privacy policy of the library operator Google here: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/
EMBEDDED YOUTUBE VIDEOS
We embed YouTube videos on some of our websites. The operator of the corresponding plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit a page with the YouTube plug-in, a connection to YouTube servers is established. In doing so, YouTube will be told which pages you are visiting. If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can assign your surfing behavior to you personally. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account beforehand. If a YouTube video is started, the provider uses cookies that collect information about user behavior. If you have deactivated the storage of cookies for the Google Ad program, you will not have to reckon with such cookies when watching YouTube videos. However, YouTube also stores non-personal usage information in other cookies. If you want to prevent this, you have to block the storage of cookies in your browser. Further information on data protection at "Youtube" can be found in the provider's data protection declaration at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.
YOUR RIGHTS TO INFORMATION, CORRECTION, BLOCKING, DELETION AND OBJECTION
You have the right to receive information about your personal data stored by us at any time. You also have the right to correct, block or, apart from the required data storage for business transactions, delete your personal data. Please contact our data protection officer. You can find the contact details at the bottom. In order for data to be blocked at any time, this data must be kept in a lock file for control purposes. You can also request the deletion of the data, provided that there is no statutory archiving obligation. If there is such an obligation, we will block your data on request. You can make changes or withdraw your consent by notifying us accordingly with effect for the future.
