Project activities
Project NRW Zusammen targets Africans of all age groups and sex living in the province of NRW. Through this project, we are playing our own role in:- Improve the media skills / competence of Africans.
- Improve the participation of Africans in topics relating to health in the society.
- Improve the participation and access of Africans to private and public support offers within the society and help in their orientation within the community through targeted information.
In fulfilling our mission, we shall carry out amongst others, the following activities.
- Monthly seminars or workshops on selected topics. These could be online or physical. They can be done in collaboration with any partner association in NRW.
- Acquiring and improving competence in media production and other aspects of the electronic media space.
- Creation of short videos to inform the public on the topics we are interested in (Health, Fake news, targeted information to for Africans in their communities in NRW).
- Production of a quarterly NRW Magazine.
In whatever we do, we want to keep the conceptual reciprocity of the project in mind - We have to engage the young and old of both sexes so that they all learn from each other.
